Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd. seeks a Qualified Nurse with a UK PIN to join Westwood Court in Winsford. You will lead, mentor and support the care team while delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with mental health needs and dementia.

Role involves ensuring residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, providing clinical guidance and training to the team, and maintaining safe, efficient care home operations. Bank shifts include days and nights with competitive compensation.

Westwood Court provides care for up to 56 people with enduring Mental Health problems, Dementia and old age. It is located in rural Winsford in the heart of Cheshire.

About the role:

We are looking for a Nurse who is able to ensure our residents physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your role will include leading, motivating and mentoring your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

Experience working within a nursing home is essential preferably experience working with adults with mental health problems.
