Why This Role Matters

The relationships you build and the support you provide can have a lasting impact on someone's recovery journey.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll:

  • Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence
  • Build positive, trusting relationships
  • Encourage people to achieve personal goals, access education, employment and community opportunities

  • Enhanced family-friendly leave
  • £500 Refer-a-Friend bonus

  • Free DBS and flu jab
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Are…
  • Passionate about supporting people
  • Interested in mental health and wellbeing
  • Empathetic, positive and non-judgemental
  • A strong communicator and team player
