Response is recruiting a Bank Mental Health Support Worker in Aylesbury to help people living with serious mental health challenges build confidence and independence. You will support daily living skills and work within a caring, inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with residents and their networks.
• Encourage personal goals, education, employment and community involvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and support networks.
• Promote mental and physical wellbeing and a safe, inclusive environment.
• Learn and apply therapeutic approaches such as Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.
