The Role

Support may include emotional crisis intervention, casual conversations, and reassurance. You will also ensure safety and security within the property and for the individuals supported.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with individuals who self-harm, have substance addictions, or dual diagnoses is preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about supporting others and making a difference.
• Positive, caring, energetic, and resilient.
• Good sense of humour and ability to handle difficult situations.
