Job summary

Agincare is seeking caring and reliable bank care assistants to support residents across our UK homes. You will help keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming, and provide practical daily care with warmth and respect.

Shifts run 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–19:00 on a flexible zero-hour contract; you must have at least 12 months' right to work in the UK. We value compassion, teamwork, and high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Shift patterns are 8am-2pm and 3pm-7pm.
• Bank role with a zero hour contract and you must be flexible to work as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents' rooms to a high standard.
• Work with management to maintain hygiene standards.
• Provide warmth and kindness to residents through small acts, smiles, chats, and friendly presence.
