Bank Housekeeper role at Floryn House Care Home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire. Contract: Bank. Salary: £12.21 Per Hour. Shift Type: Days. Contracted hours: 0. We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our brilliant team at Floryn House Care Home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire. Our brand-new, purpose-built facility offers exceptional standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 73 residents. As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment where our residents can feel at home. Your attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards will be essential in supporting their wellbeing and comfort.

What You Will Do

• Provide thorough domestic cleaning services throughout the home in line with company policies and best practice
• Perform all tasks in line with hygiene and infection prevention standards
• Clean and maintain all floor surfaces, including carpets and hard flooring
• Ensure sanitary fittings are hygienic, replenished and well maintained
• Clean and care for furniture, fixtures and fittings to a high standard
• Remove waste promptly and dispose of refuse safely
• Support residents with settling into their new environment and daily wellbeing
• Assist with laundry services, including safe handling and labelling of clothing
• Follow all health and safety, infection prevention and fire safety procedures
• Work closely with other team members to maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness
