Job summary

ICare Group in Birkenhead is seeking Bank Home Care Assistants to support people at home across the CH41, CH42 and CH43 areas. You will cover shifts with reliability and provide compassionate personal care and practical support in clients’ own homes.

Full training and induction will be provided; travel between clients is a key part of the role, with paid mileage and potential career progression within a values-driven organization.

Important Information Before You Apply

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Be able to travel throughout theBirkenhead area (CH41, CH42 & CH43)
• Have flexibility to work shifts across a varied rota as required
• Be available to support short‑notice cover when needed
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place

As aBank Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:
