Job overview
The Band 6 Pre-Assessment nurse will work as an autonomous practitioner with a caseload of complex patients within a team structure. The delivery of high quality, effective and compassionate care is essential to our organisation. Pre-Assessment is considered to be a pivotal part of the patient’s pathway, ensuring patients are in their optimal health for their procedures. The post holder will lead the service in Winchester with band 7 support and across all trust sites, including Basingstoke, Winchester, and Andover.
