Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Harrogate is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide compassionate care within a multidisciplinary team across two acute wards. This role offers flexible bank shifts at the Harrogate facility, with DBS checks required and a supportive environment focused on patient welfare and safety.

You will work with service users, delivering physical and emotional support, while maintaining a safe, clean environment and reporting on needs as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Be able to provide physical and emotional support.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. Youll have the opportunity to work bank shifts atCygnet Hospital Harrogate. This is a long-established mental health hospital that provides an emergency admissions service across two acute wards. The service has a full Multidisciplinary team (MDT) including consultant psychiatrists, doctors, a therapy team including group and activities coordinators and nursing therapists. The CQC has rated Cygnet Hospital Harrogate, on Ripon Road, Good overall and Good across all five inspection domains; safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
