Nuffield Health Stoke HSSU Hub is seeking a part-time bank Driver to collect and deliver to our customers, move equipment, and keep vehicles in good condition while reporting faults. A full UK driving license with C1 and a digital tachograph card are required; CPC is advantageous but full training is provided.

Shifts run between 4am and 9pm, Monday to Friday with varying Saturday hours; Saturday pay includes a 20% enhancement.

As a Driver on our Stoke HSSU Hub HSSU team, you're comfortable with manual handling and happy to move transport trolleys weighing upwards of 250kg. As well as a basic knowledge of current driver hour legislation, you ideally hold a driver digital tachograph card. You'll be a great ambassador for our unit and our customers' first point of contact. As a Driver, you will:

• Collect and make deliveries to our customers.
• Keep equipment & delivery vehicles in good working order and report any faults / defects
• Keep a clean, tidy work environment and identify stock issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate tachograph records and documentation
• Be flexible with your working hours (shifts operate between 4am and 9pm, Monday to Friday with varying times on Saturdays.), Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

£12.84 per hour, plus enhancements where applicable Flexible working during mid week and saturdays (saturday pay 20% enhancement)

Our Hospital Sterile Services Unit (HSSU) transports sterile and disinfected surgical equipment to our local hospital network.
