Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Swindon is seeking a Bank Cleaner to support our disability service at Tony Long House. You will provide a personalised cleaning service, keeping shared spaces safe and welcoming, and ensuring high hygiene standards.

We value compassion and reliability. The role offers £12.71 per hour, with hours as and when required, and the chance to contribute to a supportive, community-focused team while developing skills through our training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or domestic duties is helpful but not essential.
• Caring, approachable and compassionate attitude.
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalised cleaning service that meets customers’ needs.
• Keep communal and service areas clean, comfortable and safe.
• Use housekeeping equipment responsibly and maintain standards.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when needed.
