Ayrshire360 is seeking a Development Assistant to support and develop core skills in adult literacy, numeracy, ESOL, ICT and Gaelic-based community learning across East Ayrshire. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and working within the Service Plan and Community Plan.
Fluency in Gaelic is essential for this post and will be assessed during the process. The position offers an on an as-and-when-required basis with a pay rate of £15.35 per hour.
The Development Assistant role is to Support and develop the core skills of adult literacy, numeracy, English as a Second Other language (ESOL), ICT, Community Based Adult Learning including Gaelic, working together and problem solving across East Ayrshire in line with the delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within Ayrshire360's Service Plan and the Community Plan. Applicants must be fluent in Gaelic to meet the essential criteria for this post.
Rate of Pay: £15.35 per hour Hours will be on an 'as and when required' basis.
