Job summary

Ayrshire360 in Scotland is seeking a customer-focused individual to provide a warm, welcoming environment within our sports facilities. You will deliver excellent service in busy settings while upholding high standards and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

Rate of pay is £15.35–£16.07 per hour, with 23 hours per week scheduled Mon Tue Fri 4.45pm–9.45pm and Sat 9.00am–5.00pm. Applicants should be prepared for PVG scheme checks and references as part of the recruitment process.

Job Purpose

Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer care will ensure a warm and welcoming environment is provided within our Sports facilities. You will be driven by a commitment to deliver outstanding services within busy facilities, whilst maintaining the highest level of standards and contributing to an overall excellent customer experience. Please see the attached Job Specification and Key Activities which outline all responsibilities and duties for this post.
