Ardingly College is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our busy team in Haywards Heath. You will assist in the preparation of service and dining areas, support food service, and help keep equipment and working areas clean while upholding Health and Safety standards.

The college is an independent co-educational boarding and day school with a commitment to safeguarding children, and duties include DBS checks as part of the post requirements. The role runs from 12 October to 13 December 2026.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our busy team. The role involves assisting in the preparation of service and dining areas, food service, cleaning of equipment, utensils and working areas whilst maintaining correct levels of Health and Safety.

Ardingly College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 2 -18, a member of the HMC and a school of the Woodard Corporation.
