As a Team Leader at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering making moments for our residents and providing high-quality care.
After a recent refurbishment, Aria Court is now a sparkling 92-bedroom care home with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
Located in a quiet residential nook in March, Cambridgeshire, our home boasts a cinema, hair salon, multiple dining rooms. Beautiful gardens provide a bounty of home-grown fruit and vegetables.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in care delivery in the home. Our Team Leader supports us to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas of the home.

Development from this role can lead to CHAPS or nursing positions, and we offer fully funded apprenticeships to help you achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. £13.07 per hour.
[Bank] hours per week, 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
