Job summary

CYGNET's Shear Meadow in the UK is recruiting Bank Support Workers to provide cover for annual leave, sickness and training. This role offers 12-hour shifts andflexible scheduling to suit availability, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour plus holiday allowance (£14.57 per hour).

You will support adults with learning disabilities by providing person-centered care and safeguarding in a safe environment. We value excellent communication, teamwork and genuine compassion for those we support.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is valued.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and service users.
• Demonstrated empathy and patience when supporting adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for people in our care.
• Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs as required.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard residents and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
