The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Bank Support Practitioner to assist adults with learning and physical disabilities in a care-home setting. You will help with daily activities, personal care, and support with medications within a compassionate, values-driven team.

No prior care experience is required as we provide full training and a funded SVQ to help you succeed in this role and grow within social care. This position offers flexible hours to suit a wide range of applicants.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring nature is essential.
• Good observation, listening and communication skills.
• Ability to use computers and be comfortable with ICT.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals living with disabilities in daily life including personal care and medication where appropriate.
• Support with finances, housework, meals and activities to promote independence.
