Active Care Group is hiring a Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for clients with complex needs across North Wales locations including Rhyl and surrounding towns. The role operates on a flexible zero-hours contract with ongoing shifts, typically offering a stable pattern with the same client.

You will perform personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and support from a dedicated care team. Training is provided, with holiday pay and pension options available.

Qualificações

• Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and one-to-one care.
• Ability to work as part of a specialist care team.
• Commitment to high-quality care and safeguarding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist with moving and handling and use of clinical equipment.
• Support with shopping and daily living tasks.
• Deliver one-to-one support within existing care packages.
• Assist with short-term and ongoing cover when needed.
