Job summary

Welford Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant on BANK hours at Eastfield Nursing Home in Liss. You will support residents with daily living, assist with personal care and meals, and promote wellbeing in a friendly team environment.

Experience isn't required; full training and ongoing development are provided. You will join a compassionate team, work alternate weekends, and help residents maintain independence while ensuring accurate records and strong communication with families.
