Somerleigh Court Care Home in Dorchester is seeking compassionate Bank Care Assistants to support residents with daily living tasks and activities. You’ll receive full training and ongoing development to build confidence and progress your career.

No prior experience is required, but a kind personality and good communication are essential. You’ll join a friendly team, work flexible bank shifts, and contribute to residents’ well-being and independence.
