At Bath & North East Somerset Council we have one overriding purpose to improve people’s lives. We deliver care and support to residents across various settings, providing essential services to those who need it most. Our residents may have dementia, cognitive issues, physical disabilities, or frailty requiring support in their daily lives.
We provide additional pay enhancements for all roles, applicable to shifts worked during weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
We are looking for individuals with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes to join our team! No previous experience or qualifications are necessary; we will support you in growing and developing into an excellent care worker. Above all, we seek someone with empathy and passion who can make a positive difference in someone’s day.
Bank work is flexible work to support when the need arises within the service. We use bank staff to support our permanent staff members when gaps are identified (sickness/holidays/heightened demand). This is not a permanent contract of employment.
If you’re looking for a fulfilling role that brings joy to our residents, we want to hear from you! Apply now and become the star our lovely residents deserve.
