Lifeways is hiring a Bangladeshi-speaking Support Worker at Ash House in Coventry. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a rota of 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, and nights, Monday to Sunday.

You will provide person-centred support and help residents live independently and engaged lives. We offer competitive pay, over £2,000 in total rewards per year, DBS check, funded qualifications, and extra benefits through Lifeways Rewards.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals with personal care routines as needed.
• Assist with daily activities like cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and community outings.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice in every interaction.
• Assist with medication and health-related tasks.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate achievements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handover notes.
