Job summary

Lifeways is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join the Welton team in the United Kingdom. The role covers full-time (37.5 hours/week), part-time contracts, and bank shifts. Salary is £12.71 per hour, with training and support to help you grow within a values-driven organisation.

Experience is welcomed, but Lifeways also supports newcomers to care. A driver is preferred to enable mobility for the person we support, with DBS checks and additional benefits highlighted in the overview.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with family and core team.
• Driver preferred to drive the person’s Motability car.
• Able to thrive in a supportive, training-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the person in the community, at the Day Centre, and with family.
• Liaise professionally with family and core team to ensure effective support.
• Complete training tailored to customer needs and receive ongoing support.
