The Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Provider Collaborative brings together Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (BSMHFT), Birmingham Women's & Children's NHS Foundation Trust (BWC) and representatives from the Third Sector and Local Authorities in order to collaborate on the future design and delivery of mental health provision across Birmingham and Solihull.
We have a Fixed Term or Secondment Oportunity for 12 months role for an experienced Senior Contract Manager within the Contract Team, working on a mixture of income and expenditure contracts and service level agreements.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive support service to the MHPC Contracts Lead to ensure the MHPC contracting function is planned, highly organised and run efficiently and effectively. The post holder will take the senior lead responsibility in the preparation, negotiation and management of the MHPCs complex portfolio of contracts
The post holder will also manage and assist in the delivery and reporting of the Performance Reviews, annual contract negotiation process including any external reporting functions. In addition, they will represent and act as senior ambassador for the MHPC in relation to contractual matter at commissioning meetings and other external forums as and when required, developing and maintaining a good working relationship with commissioners.
