Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist

I am recruiting for a Locum Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist for an NHS Trust in Birmingham. Applicants will be expected to develop and maintain clinical, organisational, and professional skills appropriate for the role of a STEP UP Pharmacist.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in general pharmaceutical patient services within the Trust and peripheral sites, including professional checking of prescribing and dispensing services.
2. Clinical checking of prescriptions within the dispensary and ward environment.
3. Providing professional supervision of dispensary staff.
4. Dispensing during out-of-hours, weekends, and on-call periods.

Requirements:

• Current DBS certificate (if not available, RIG Healthcare can process a fully enhanced one).
• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• GPHC Registration.
