Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the TAASC Barnet team (Edgware Hospital) to assess children aged 0–7 for autism, using ADOS and other appropriate tools. The role requires collaboration with paediatricians, SLTs, psychologists and other clinicians in a multidisciplinary, family-centered setting.

The post offers a Band 6-7 development pathway within a dynamic, needs-led service.

Qualifications

• Qualified OT with HCPC registration and eligible to practice in the UK.
• Experience in autism assessment in children 0–6; able to lead MDT clinics.
• Proven ability to write clear clinical reports and provide family feedback.

Responsabilités

• Assess children aged 0–7 for possible autism using ADOS/other tools.
• Liaise with MDT to determine appropriate outcomes for the child.
• Provide families with feedback on assessment outcomes, behaviour and sensory supports.
• Write high-quality clinical reports and contribute to care planning.
