Job summary

Cpl UK Healthcare are recruiting a Band 6+ Occupational Therapist to support paediatric clients in a West London setting. The role focuses on children and young people aged 3–19 with moderate to complex autism, in a specialist educational environment with flexible, term-time hours.

You will assess and intervene to support sensory processing, functional skills, and engagement in learning, with sponsorship available for this role.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Experience in paediatric OT, preferably with autism and complex needs.
• Sensory integration knowledge and neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Ability to work independently within educational settings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with autism.
• Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
• Work with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide strategies to support sensory regulation and learning.
• Contribute to EHCPs and education-based outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.

Sponsorship is available for this role. Details The role involves working within a specialist educational setting, supporting secondary-aged pupils with a primary satellite provision. You will provide assessment and intervention to support sensory processing, functional skills, and engagement in learning, while benefiting from flexible working and term-time only hours.
