Job summary

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Service Manager for the Southwest Op Courage Veterans Mental Health Service. The role covers Devon and Cornwall with an admin base in Weston-Super-Mare; regular travel there is not required.

The service uses a hybrid model with clinical spaces, hot-desks and homeworking. The postholder will lead operational management, ensure safe and effective services for users, and work with service users, carers, staff and partners.
