An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in the Yately MHICS department in Leatherhead. This locum position offers a generous pay rate of £31 per hour, perfect for an experienced professional seeking a six-week role starting ASAP. The position is full time, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans to address patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients and their families.
  • Maintain up-to-date case records and reports, complying with professional and legal standards.
