Job summary

Direct Medics are seeking Specialist Rotational Pharmacists to join hospital-based teams in the UK. These permanent positions have start dates anticipated from December 2026/January 2027 or as soon as possible.

This opportunity involves providing advanced level clinical pharmacy services to Oncology/Haematology, frailty and older person care, Urgent and Emergency Services in addition to providing clinical pharmacy services across the Trust.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is required.
• Degree or Master in Pharmacy.
• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent.
• Significant hospital and clinical pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medicines management and national guidelines.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services in Oncology/Haematology, frailty and elderly care.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services across the Trust's Urgent and Emergency Services.
