Job summary

Direct Medics Ltd. are seeking an Advanced Clinical Specialist Pharmacist to provide expert clinical leadership in a hospital setting, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines optimisation, alongside strong governance and service development.

This is a permanent position starting from December 2026/January 2027 or as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is required.
• Degree or Master’s in Pharmacy.
• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent.
• Significant hospital and clinical pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medicines management and national guidelines.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
