Job Overview:
The Trust is seeking a Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Sutton Community team. This role involves providing expert respiratory care, including pulmonary rehabilitation, to patients within a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions in community settings
Conduct patient education sessions for pulmonary rehabilitation programs
Manage an independent caseload and ensure timely patient care
Participate in audits and research to enhance service delivery
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
Travel frequently within the borough and work flexibly, including weekends
Key Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
HCPC registration and CSP membership
NHS experience, with expertise in respiratory and pulmonary rehabilitation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A valid driving license and access to a car for work
