Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Acute Physio Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The role involves working within an acute inpatient setting, supporting patients with a variety of conditions to regain mobility and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute conditions
Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physiotherapy services
Support early discharge planning and rehabilitation strategies
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and ongoing care
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development
Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
Previous NHS experience in an acute inpatient setting
Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
