Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 6 mental health practitioners for a Mental Health Liaison role at the North Manchester site. The post supports the CORE 24 liaison service and works across hospital and A&E settings.

You will join an experienced multidisciplinary team, with ongoing opportunities for professional development and a wide range of learning experiences in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• RMN or social work equivalent.
• Degree or above or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health care in the general hospital and A&E settings within CORE 24 Liaison Mental Health services.
• Deliver comprehensive person-centred assessments, advice, direct interventions and onward care planning to people of varying ages and needs.
