Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Diabetes Specialist Nurse to work in the community based in Peterborough.

You will be working as part of a community team, Monday to Friday, 9-5. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prevent admissions and provide ongoing care for patients with diabetes.

You will manage a caseload of patients with complex diabetes needs.

To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified registered General Nurse with experience working with service users with diabetes.
