Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• 3 years Emergency Nursing Experience at band 5.
• Evidence of teamwork and ability to work using own initiative.
• Effective listening, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Emergency Department in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse.
• Ensure continuity of service delivery and maintain safe, patient-centred care.
• Lead and support the team through shift rotations and daily challenges.
