Band 6 Community Paediatric Primary Care Dietitian

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Community Paediatric Primary Care Dietitian to join our team in Leicester. This role involves managing a caseload of paediatric patients within the community, providing education sessions, conducting one-on-one consultations in clinics, and training NHS staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for paediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing evidence-based dietetic advice to paediatric patients, parents, and staff.
2. Managing a caseload that includes inpatient and outpatient care, phone reviews, and MDT meetings.
3. Promoting best practices and ensuring high standards of care.

The post is based at the Leicester Nutrition and Dietetic Service Headquarters, near the M1/M69 junction. Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car during working hours.
