Why choose The London Clinic?

At The London Clinic, you will be known as a person, not simply as an employee. You will join a close and experienced team where colleagues share their knowledge, support one another and recognise the contribution each person makes

We want you to build a long-term career with us. You will have opportunities to learn from experienced theatre professionals, develop in new areas and take on greater responsibility as your confidence grows. We also offer Surgical First Assistant courses to support your clinical development and career progression

You will work in an environment that combines personal care with modern technology and innovative surgical practice. Our theatre teams recently took part in a landmark robot assisted telesurgery procedure, with surgeons in London operating on a patient in Gibraltar.

As the UK's largest independent charitable hospital, our purpose is different. We reinvest our success into our people, services and technology, helping us provide better care and create more opportunities for our colleagues.

We care for more than 120,000 patients each year and bring together more than 1,300 colleagues and over 700 consultants.

We are also proud to be the only independent healthcare provider included in the top 10 of the Financial Times UK Best Employers Survey 2026.
