We are offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Band 5 Community TB Nurse to join our team, covering North and South Kirklees. The role involves working both in clinical settings and within the community, including visiting patients at home, conducting screenings, and possibly performing phlebotomy and S1 patient record tasks, with training provided.

Our TB service provides care for both children and adults suffering from active and latent TB, aiming to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive care in collaboration with stakeholders like UKHSA and Kirklees council public health.
