Job Title: TB Nurse (Band 5)

Location: Covering North and South Kirklees

Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time (18.75 hours/week)

Role Overview

1. Join our TB service as a Band 5 Community TB Nurse, working within clinical and community settings.
2. Primarily based in South Kirklees, with occasional travel to North Kirklees.
3. Responsibilities include working in New Entrant screening clinics, screening adults and children from high TB prevalence countries, and visiting patients at home.
4. Skills such as phlebotomy and S1 patient record management are advantageous; training will be provided.
