Locala Health & Wellbeing is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the Intermediate Care Team. This Band 5 role offers 37.5 hours per week and a permanent contract, with a salary range of £32,073 to £39,043. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared for a DBS check.

The role focuses on supporting patients from hospital discharge to home, with activities from wound care to monitoring deteriorations and rehabilitation in the community.
