Job summary

Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurses to join our team and work within a prestigious NHS setting in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to children and young people.

Qualifications

• RN with a valid NMC pin.
• Paediatric nursing qualification (RN Child).
• Previous paediatric setting experience.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per Trust policies.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists and support staff.
• Communicate with children and families, offering reassurance and education.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.
• Access dedicated consultant support for ongoing guidance.
