Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated caseload for patients in a community hospital.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred assessments and interventions.
• Support safe, timely and effective discharge planning and ongoing rehabilitation.
• Provide professional advice and support to OT support workers and students.
