EPUT is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse for Henneage Ward in Colchester. This Band 5 role is full-time with opportunities for part-time work. The post requires NMC registration and preferred experience in inpatient psychiatric care.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration for a minimum of two years.
• ENB 998 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team in mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Assessments, Implementation and evaluation of inpatient treatment plans
• Accurate and timely risk assessments
• Supervision of junior staff
• Providing training for qualified and unqualified staff, including basic and post basic students
• All duties support the Ward team in delivering high-quality mental health care.
