Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges ShoppingCentre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal location to be based from.
We have a full time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity and part time (22.5 hours per week) opportunity.The community nursing team works across 7 days per week 08.00 – 20.00.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1 st level registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
