Are you a nurse looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills?

This is an exciting time to join the community nursing service in West Herts. We are developing new community pathways to support more care in people's homes, and to facilitate this, we offer a range of learning and development opportunities through the CLCH Academy.

We are looking for a nurse with a genuine interest in developing skills in community nursing. We support newly qualified nurses, return-to-practice nurses, and those transitioning from other settings, including acute care. You should be flexible to meet service needs and possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
