Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
• Educated to a Foundation degree level specific to Nursing Associate practice or equivalent
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Placement or experience within the 4 fields of nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care in patients' homes and residential care homes (catheter management, injections, wound care, palliative care)
• Complete holistic nursing assessments and plan/evaluate personalised care needs
• Support the nursing establishment and promote patient-centred care
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team including GPs and social workers
