Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-registration experience in acute care setting (medicine or surgery).
• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register (Part 2).
• Completion of the Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients under indirect supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise and mentor staff and learners where appropriate.
• Maintain personal development with ongoing training and CPD.
