Are you an experienced, highly motivated administrator looking for a new challenge?

We have a part-time admin vacancy within our team. The role will involve working for the West Wiltshire Community Mental Health Team.

If you are someone who can work well under pressure, remain calm in challenging situations, have a friendly, positive nature, and enjoy working in a supportive team, we would like to hear from you.

The role will be based at Trowbridge Civic Centre in Trowbridge and Shearwater Lodge in Warminster. This role requires working across both sites.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Team Manager, Senior Practitioners, and the wider Clinical Team within the West Wiltshire Community Mental Health Team.
  • Have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and be willing to undertake training to use other software, including our electronic patient record system (RiO).
  • Be the first point of contact for the team, dealing with telephone enquiries and liaising with other Clinical Teams, Third Sector Healthcare Providers, and Outside Agencies.
  • Adapt to constant changes in workload as the role is varied.
