Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment
• A proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets
• A strong commitment to food quality, safety and operational standards
• A positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example
• When priorities shift, you'll be comfortable changing gear, adapting quickly to meet the needs of the business while keeping your team engaged and customers at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and confidence, helping the team deliver outstanding service every time
• Support with the training, coaching and developing of colleagues to consistently achieve our brand standards
• Serve the World’s Best Coffee and prepare our award-winning food with pride
• Deploy the team effectively, making the most of individual strengths to maximise sales
• Support sales, KPI and operational performance while maintaining excellent food quality, safety and cleanliness standards
• Embed our “High End Bakery” mindset and build a culture of engagement, accountability and high performance
